Existing Users
We have recently changed the method of logging in to the members area of the Civilcad Website. Support Members can now login in securely using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, using their assigned username and password.
New Members
Please Contact the Civilcad Helpdesk by calling 0870 2242720 or email to login@civilcad.co.uk to obtain your new username and password.

Logging In
If you log in to the server and see the following screen, select the file shown and read the instructions. For further details, please click here.
Using the FTP download site
Once you are logged in correctly to the FTP site, you should see a series of yellow folders.
These folders have self explanatory titles of what they contain. To access a folder just 'double click' it.
You may need to access folders within folders, until you find the file that you are looking for.
Once you find the download file that you are looking for, simply double click it. This will Open a window
asking if you want to Open or Save the file. You should ALWAYS click 'Save'. You will then be
asked where on your computer you want to save the file, choose a location and click OK and the
download will begin (alternatively, right click on the file and choose 'Save Target as...' and follow the above instructions).
Dotted around various folders within the server you will see .TXT files with long titles; these are signposts
and will help you navigate to the files that you want. Just select the file and read the comments.
What's New
We have decided to allow support members access to download the very latest 'Pre-Release' versions of Civilcad 6. These Pre-Release versions can now be located on our Members download area by following the following navigation path:
